News Aug 23, 2011: The University has selected a new "standard" clicker: the ResponseCard NXT from
www.TurningTechnologies.com (available from the Campus Bookstore
or with the book). This changeover became necessary because of class-size limitations and response-time problems with the old clickers from eInstruction. The old clickers are incompatible with the new clickers. The one-time purchase cost of the new clicker is higher but there are no course sign-up fees. We have been told that students will get a rebate when they exchange their old clickers for the new ones.
